Madeira maritime week 2025
The Presidency of the Regional Government of Madeira and EISAP inviting for the 2nd Madeira Maritime Week (MMW), taking place from May 19 to May 23, 2025. This unique event will be held on the breathtaking island of Madeira, offering receptions, conferences, and numerous opportunities for networking, collaborative activities, and knowledge exchange. A major highlight will be celebrating the milestone of 1,000 ships registered with MAR – The International Shipping Register of Madeira.

Arrival & Welcome Reception

Guests will arrive throughout the day and join us in the evening for a welcome reception on the rooftop terrace, where you can enjoy panoramic views of Funchal and the Atlantic Ocean.

Quinta Madeira Night
Savoy Palace and Quinta São Goncalo
The conference will feature keynote speakers, panel discussions, and networking opportunities throughout the day. We’ll end the day with a Madeira-style BBQ reception at Quinta São Goncalo, a charming setting to facilitate informal discussions and connections among participants.

Savoy Palace and Presidential Residence
The second conference day will focus on specialized maritime industry topics, wrapping up at midday. In the evening, you’re invited to an exclusive reception hosted by the President of Madeira.

Excursions & Sunset Cruise
Various Locations and Madeira Coastline
A day dedicated to exploring Madeira’s diverse business opportunities and discovering the natural beauty, featuring guided tours, wine tasting, and sports activities. In the evening, relax with a sunset cruise along Madeira’s coast, complete with dinner.
